Master Class: Service Design

In the future, the most valued digital products will be the ones that are integrated in a strong service offering. Through creative processes and methods, service design helps to conceive and shape the interaction between service provider and end-user.

Service design considers every aspect of service delivery: it teaches how to assess the immediate and long-term demand for service delivery over a range of channels and touchpoints, and how to evaluate offerings and strategies. Service designers can deliver added value for both users and providers, by improving not just ease of use, user satisfaction and æsthetics, but also the systems and operational processes behind the services.

In this master class, spend two days gaining hands-on experience and real insight into how to ensure the delivery of optimal product-service experiences to customers.
