In a project, we take care of the complete design trajectory for your custom digital product. Namahn projects range from interaction design, information architecture and product design to service design. In each of these disciplines we apply a human-centered approach and provide insights in what your users really need.
Our way of working in projects is highly flexible. With your cooperation we make sure that the design process fits your project methodology. In any case, we prefer a highly iterative manner of working, with short feedback loops to users and stakeholders.
These iterations are performed in a number of sprints. A sprint is a cycle of three to five weeks in which a number of activities take place in the following mindsets: Understand, Explore, Define.
After the initial contacts, members of our Project Office sit together with you for a thorough briefing on the project. Using a checklist, we ensure that all questions are answered, and that we have sufficient material for creating a project brief. In this brief, we describe the approach, steps, estimated budget and project duration. Using a detailed project plan, we go over the project activity by activity and make the necessary modifications to fit your request.
When project brief and project plan have been agreed on, we create a detailed work proposal. Here, we describe the same aspects of the projects in depth, provide samples and cases if required. Again, we discuss this work proposal and the updated plan with you.
When you give us the final go-ahead, our Project Office hand the project over to the project team and assign the project manager and team members. Together they will officially initiate the project during the kick-off meeting. During this meeting, the teams are introduced and the actual timing is discussed.
