Training

Our classes offer participants the opportunity to experience working at Namahn first-hand and gain insight into our methods and techniques, which grew from hundreds of projects in over twenty years. Our classes challenge the know-how of a small group of participants and teach how to apply techniques the Namahn way: grounded, intensive and hands-on.

Namahn offers several classes for people involved in designing user interfaces or structuring information within their organisation. Participants learn more about interaction design and information architecture, and master a broad set of human-centered design methods and techniques.

We regularly lead classes in:

• Human-Centered Interaction Design
• Intranets, Team Sites and Document Management
• Mobile Design
• Service Design
• Using Visio for Interaction Design

We can easily adapt classes to the particular requirements of organisations and run them on-site. Our approach always consists of an introduction to the chosen topic or topics, followed by break-out exercises for the most important topics where the results are discussed b yall the participants. We have done in-house classes for, among others, AG Insurance, AstraZeneca Global, Belgacom, bpost and Vodafone Group (Germany). We have also adapted this offering to an academic environment, for lectures or workshops at graduate or post-graduate levels.

Namahn sometimes hosts training sessions by internationally renowned speakers. To date, these have covered topics including service design, business modelling and card sorting. See our Calendar for details.
