Namahn is currently recruiting an Information Architect to join its team of 15 user-centered design professionals.
Education: You have a master/PhD degree or equivalent experience in library and information science, knowledge management, information design, technical communication, user-centered design or related disciplines.
Languages: Practical knowledge of French, Dutch and English is a great asset on this job.
Skills: We are looking for great design craft and an understanding of information systems, particularly those commonly used to deliver internet information services, including Web 2.0.
Kind of work: Most of your time, you will be working on our client's information architecture projects in cross-functional teams. At our clients', we deploy the complete set of information architecture practices, ranging from field studies to prototyping.
Place of work: Work takes place either at Namahn (Brussels), at the client or at home, depending on the requirements of the project.
Pay and benefits: In addition to a fair monthly wage in line with your experience, Namahn offers free public transport and mobile telephone service.
Working hours: You have a contract with us for 38 hours a week (or less), which is the number of working hours you are supposed to put in on average. Overtime is compensated.
Bonus: The bonus package assures that you will do well if Namahn does well.
Openness: Namahn practices open-book accounting, which means that all financials are known to everyone, including wages.
Management: Reporting relationships are mostly project-based. Namahn tries to be as simple and transparent as possible.
