Article on Service Design in 'Lokaal' magazine

In the May edition of 'Lokaal', the magazine of the Society of Flemish Cities and Communities, Namahn is featured in an article on Service Design:

According to Kristel Van Ael, service designer at Namahn, the big difference between Service Design and Service Innovation is the time dimension: "We write the user's story as he moves through the provision of services - it's a process, almost a cinematographic way of thinking".
