CHI Belgium announces its first Barcamp
CHI Belgium (formerly known as SIGCHI.be), the Belgian professional association for Human-Computer Interaction, is pleased to announce its very first Barcamp.
A Barcamp is a so-called unconference. It is a meeting ground for, in this case, the HCI community. Participants can give a presentation about a topic of their choice or help out with the organisation. The Barcamp is held on Saturday 10 December from 14:00-18:00, at Groep T, Vesaliusstraat 13, 3000 Leuven.
Kids are welcome too. They can test some games and play in the kids corner.
The Barcamp is totally free. The only thing we ask is to help us by giving a 5-20 minute talk / demo / set up a user test / entertain the children or help out with the catering...
