With a background in economics and experience in technical writing, Alain combines a keen interest in human behaviour  with a passion for clear and well-structured content. Alain enjoys working in projects involving user research, user testing and helping organisations to improve their content. Alain likes to explore new sectors and disciplines from an end-user perspective and has worked for banks, government, logistics and in the medical sector. 

When he’s not working, Alain grows forgotten vegetables in his garden, visits history museums and enjoys walking in the hills and mountains across Europe.
