Approach
The project included multiple phases, starting with an in-depth exploration of the existing system and culminating in a comprehensive redesign.
Research and Exploration
The project began with a kick-off meeting to align stakeholders on goals and deliverables. This was followed by a detailed study of the existing logistics application to identify strengths and weaknesses. Field studies and interviews with end-users, including managers, provided valuable insights into their daily tasks and challenges, highlighting user behaviour and identifying pain points.
Design
The second phase started with conceptual design, generating high-level concepts, including wireframes illustrating new user flows andfunctionalities. Once the conceptual design had been validated by all stakeholders, Namahn created the detailed design, by refining the screens, applying the company’s branding and ensuring consistency across all user profiles.
Testing and Implementation
Through usability testing, Namahn ensured the final product met the user’s needs, improving their current user experience and streamlining their workflow. We also offered our support during the implementation phase, collaborating with developers by reviewing beta versions and providing clarifications regarding the screens.
Result
By leveraging a structured approach and incorporating user feedback throughout the project, Namahn delivered a detailed revamp user experience of the existing platform, meeting both user and business needs. The new design, which will be implemented in phases, is better aligned electrical appliance collection, transport, and recycling processes, making it more efficient for users to manage their tasks and for Recupel to oversee the overall logistics.
