Sofia joined Namahn during her master’s degree in Communication Design, starting as an Intern in 2021. After finishing her double degree, with a co-creation project about violence against women presented during the international conference Design!Open, she moved to Brussels to pursue her interest in systemic design and human-centered research. During her studies she worked in several multidisciplinary groups, developing skills in interaction design, data analysis and data visualization, especially with the project Covid@Lombardy, developed in collaboration with CERN and One Heath Center. Sofia is passionate about storytelling in any of its forms, and she enjoys implementing it in her design process, to create more human and engaging projects.

In her spare time, Sofia loves reading and writing, and in 2020 she published a collection of short stories, Bibliofilia. She also enjoys trying out new recipes and playing boardgames with her friends.
