A gas-flow planning tool
Fluxys’ Flow Engineers at the central control room perform the complex task of planning and monitoring gas flows through the transmission system in real-time. For the new gas-flow planning tool, POLARIS, the human-machine interface (HMI) was therefore of major concern.
Namahn designed a tool that retrieves, manages and displays vast amounts of flow planning data from other applications. We have worked closely on the POLARIS project since 2003 as part of an agile development process.
An integrated application suite for Traffic Control Centers
The rapid expansion of Verkeerscentrum Vlaanderen (Flemish Traffic Control Center) requires a thorough revision of its processes and applications.
Namahn was asked to redesign the basic traffic monitoring functionality and to provide a basis for future integration of traffic monitoring tools.
An online information portal for front office tellers
At the local branches of bpost, front officers are required to promptly respond to customer requests for service or information from a vast product portfolio. To increase efficiency and customer satisfaction, bpost turned to Namahn to improve the information provision via support tools.
An application suite for HR customer support
Dossier managers at SD Worx provide HR services to SMEs. A series of standalone applications had been developed to assist in this task. However, the lack of integration made it difficult for dossier managers to handle the constant influx of requests from client companies. SD Worx requested Namahn to design a concept for the user interface of a future integrated application.
