Our skills training approach
To boost your teams’ skills and knowledge, we propose the following approach:
1. Scoping
We start with a first meeting to get to know you, your goals and the needs of your organisation. Together, we define the scope of our potential collaboration: for instance participants, topics to be covered, and practicalities.
2. Preparation
If it is unclear what would be most beneficial for your teams, we conduct interviews with stakeholders to gather insights into their needs, expectations, challenges, and requirements.
We then design a tailored training or coaching program, including learning materials. The program comprises of one or multiple hands-on workshops, delivered to small or large groups, or even 1:1. The learning materials include presentations, playbooks, best practices, real-life examples, frameworks and further methods which teams can apply to their projects straight away.
3. Delivering
We conduct the training or coaching program. During sessions, we focus on engaging participants through hands-on exercises, group discussion and reflection. During coaching sessions, we review the current project results and deliverables and provide tips on how to improve the current approach. We can also put together a playbook with customised methodologies and tools for future projects.
