Understand your users and system dynamics

You want to build a better understanding of your target audience and the larger business and systemic context.
We bring a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to the table, in order to help you understand the drivers, barriers, needs and desires of users, as well as the larger system dynamics at play. At the end, you receive report back with actionable insights to support an ongoing design effort or to inform a rethink.

Our insights approach

To better understand your users and system dynamics, we propose the following approach.

We start with a first meeting to get to know you, the goals of your project and the challenges you face. Together, we define the scope of your project, establish clear objectives, as well as determine key stakeholders and how they are connected to the project.

We then compile a research plan which outlines methods, resources and a project timeline. We select the most appropriate tools and techniques for gathering insights, such as interviews, surveys, or ethnographic research. We begin recruitingparticipants for user interviews and making logistical arrangements.

Whilst the project is running and we are gathering data, we work in a transparent way. Through regular touch-points with you, we will give updates, seek feedback and adapt to changes if necessary.

In the final phase, we analyse and synthesise the data we have gathered to identify patterns, trends and key insights arounduser behaviour and system dynamics. We transform these insights into actionable recommendations, highlighting what they mean for your design and decision-making processes.

At the end you receive a comprehensive documentation and a summarised report of the project. This includespresentations, visualisations, user personas, journey maps, system maps and any other relevant artefacts. Together in a final meeting we review these findings, address any questions or concerns, and discuss any next steps.
